1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Docscrink ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligibility

Docscrink is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Permitted Use

Docscrink is provided for personal and professional document compression purposes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

2.3 Your Documents

You are solely responsible for the documents you process using Docscrink. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any document you process with the App. Do not use the App to process documents that contain illegal content or that you do not have the right to use.

3. Document Processing

All document compression performed by Docscrink occurs entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or access the content of your documents. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for your files at all times.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software within Docscrink are the intellectual property of Arumi DevTech and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. User Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arumi DevTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Docscrink, including any loss or corruption of documents. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Docscrink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will preserve document formatting, quality, or integrity in all cases, or that it will be error-free and uninterrupted.

8. Third-Party Libraries

Docscrink may incorporate open-source or third-party libraries for document processing. These libraries operate locally on your device. Arumi DevTech is not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party components.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
