Arumi DevTech is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health outcome arising from use of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software within Fitrova are the intellectual property of Arumi DevTech and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. User Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability
